• Products must be in original condition (unless defective).
• Shipping costs for returns are covered by AlignWell (US only).
• Bundles and gift cards are final sale unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at support@alignwell.com with your order number.
2. Our team will provide a prepaid shipping label (US only).
3. Pack the product securely and send it back within 7 days of receiving the label.
4. Once received, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your device arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost.
